It's just not findable.

It was taken from game data that the Parasetic Gene Flow drops for all section IDs in Ultimate, although the droprate is set to zero.

one thing to say.. You are a N00b lier.. how can a force equip a sword and use DNA. Second Oran is the only.. ONLY ID to find such a thing.
Third it takes about a half or even more a year to find this item.
SKYLY cant find it.only common rare drops
Pinkal yes its a force ID cause it finds TECHS force weps. Common drops. And if you lookat the drop list none of them even displays a drop for DNA

Oran isn't the only ID set to have that drop rate.
They all do, but there's two things to take into consideration (simplified version):
1. There is a rate at which an enemy will drop anything at all.
2. If the roll succeeds (meaning it will drop something), then there's a roll for the type of item that drops.
If the first rate for dropping anything at all is 0%, guess what, it doesn't even matter what the other rate is, because it won't drop.

As for taking half a year or more to find the item, there is no "time" basis. Even if it was findable, you could get it first try, or after 5 years. Maybe if there's some sort of stipulation to help narrow it (2 seabed runs a day? 5? 10?)

I don't know how you can think Skyly and Pinkal are only "common drops", but eh.

The whole "Oran" thing started from a JP player supposedly finding the gene. Well guess what, JP players can start rumors as well, it's not like they are all elite players who always tell the truth or anything.

1. the gene can't be obtained legitmately
2. many ids can get if if it were ever meant to drop
3. all the flow dna's that are around have been hacked
4. duped & spread online, that's why it's not banned
5. this is nothing new, so let it rests
