PSO Character Manager?

Tried downloading so I can toy around with a FOnewearl, but I'm just getting a page not found when I try the link. Perhaps someone could send it to me via AIM or some other messenger service?

Well, most of the downloads are offline for some reason, since the site went down for a month. I'll look on my laptop and see if I have a few archived on there somewhere.

Chances are no, though. Might be a few on my desktop, but again, chances are slight.

Sorry for the semi-bump, but here, try this. I found this out when the site was down: http://pso-world.com/downloads/psocharmngr.zip

Should work. In fact, if you go to here: http://pso-world.com/download.php?cat=PSO+Utilities+%26+Programs ...you can download ALL of the programs. I think that address is some sort of dynamic Gamespy server that stores the data for PSO World. I have no idea why the links work there but not here. Go figure. Maybe something to do with all the problems that the Gaemspy servers have had in the past here; maybe they just haven't fixed the links yet.

EDIT: Odd, it seems that everything that is missing on PSOW as of now, is NOT missing over there. Wallpaper, maps, item pics, etc. O_o'
