PSOBB: Is it offline?

The info you want can probably be taken from there. But things can change, so I'll just say it here.

PSO:BB has no offline sort of play. Characters are saved server-side, so you don't have access to files and such on them on your computer.

There is still however an "offline mode", where you can play the quests featured offline on previous PSO versions. However, you'd still need to be online to access that mode.

psobb is an online version of ep1+2 & 4
there is solo mode, but not offline mode - everything is online
