Help with a new force :)

As of now i am trying to make a new force.
I want to make a FOnewearl. I am trying to think up a good name for it. It must be a Pinkal name. If you have one, can i use it? Even if someone else has it already, it doesn't matter- since i don't play online anyway. Just with my friends. Thanks in advace.

I thought Pinkal was the best section I.D. for a force... it said it in one of the guides.

the 'best' id is the one that can give you the item you want for whatever class or char you have
thus it's all subjective & can be very bias

Well to effectivly decide what id you want for your force we need to know what other ids you have.
If you dont have one already, redria is really good. So is whitill and purplenum.

You hit the nail right on the head.

Back on topic, Pinkal is actually a good force ID if you think about it. They find the 3 9 star canes and well as the 9 star wands to boost tech power. Also, pinkal is the only ID with pipable God/Minds. He already has a Purplenum HUcast, so he can pipe Psycho Wand from Mils if he needs an uber rare.

I consider pinkal to be the worst though.

Hiroku - I think Redria or Whitill would be a good ID for your FO. don't worry about whether or not they're good FO IDs, as long as you have 2 controllers, it's not a problem. Both would find a lot for your HUcast, which, if I remember correctly from another post of yours, is Purplenum; which in turn will find good things for the FO.

edit: actually, he can use his HUcast to pipe god/minds...

whitill is FAR superior to pinkal...

The problem with PINKAL is that those wands and canes are available elsewhere, and for that matter, one of the 9-star Canes is crazy 'rare' on PINKAL - Mace of Adaman, as I recall, drops ONLY from an Ultimate Ruins 3 box.

The other problem with PINKAL is that the ability to find those wands is only good up until you find your first one - The 50th Storm Wand: Indra is no better than the first and utterly useless...

Now, ORAN is actually not a bad ID, even for Forces. If you don't want to pipe(And you may not, with a PURPLENUM HUcast... You CAN'T with Blue Burst, but that's irrelevant here), ORAN is tied with BLUEFULL for the easiest Psycho Wand from a non-rare enemy. PINKAL has one of the worst drops for it. Guard Wave is an easily piped(or even found, really, since it's a 1/2 drop rate) L101 armor that Forces can use, plus there's Aura Field for later. Prophets of Motav is an interesting unique Force drop.

Now, it's not so great on the 9-star boosty stuff, but you can still find most of it.

PURPLENUM is decent for Forces too.

Honestly, any given combination of any four non-PINKAL IDs will probably give you everything PINKAL has but it's exclusives, which are widely regarded as sucking.

I made a PINKAL once. I recreated it at L62, for a PURPLENUM. Never once have I regretted this decision.

Personally, I have an ORAN, a PURPLENUM, a SKYLY and a REDRIA in Ult right now(Had WHITILL in the past, but I hated her - FOnls are not for me, and the above-mentioned PINKAL), and between the four of them there's basically nothing I want that I can't get short of S-ranks(No HL right now).

Now, what people overlook with PINKAL(Though with the right two IDs you'll acomplish it anyway, and it's almost guaranteed with four IDs unless you manage to get lucky, lol) is that it's the only ID capable of finding the components for all Merges.

The problem with this is that Merges have incredibly shitty stats, and that the only one worth using at all is Resta Merge, and that only if you're online. You're better off with a Secret Gear, IMO, for the decent stats and elemental resists. >_>
