Anyway, go call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and tell them you want to cancel.

Go to xbox.co.uk click on support and phone the freephone number on there to cancel

whats all the information you need to cancel your HL? like do you need the credit card number?

All you should have to do is tell them your username and information. You really shouldn't have to give them your credit card number.
