The best time to find Grants was during the online festival in November. Several people were able to find it then. Since the end of the festival, the card has become extremely rare again.

It must have been common, since some person I fought a few weeks ago had used 3 on me (Although, maybe she just got them really fast in the deck loop/shuffle). Cheapest strategy ever >___>;;;

I know a few people that were able to find 3 of them during the festival. It is a pretty decent card.

Easily countered (with Arkz, anyway XP).
Grants has a Zonde type range, so anything that's in front of you and the attacker will block Grants. ;o

It doesn;t work like that.

Grants is a single target technique, so it CAN'T target through others. Only explaination I can really get is if it's SC only and targets only SC's. But, I remember specifically that it acts like Zonde.

I'm pretty sure that's exactly how it was, but I did only see the card once

I managed to get some, and it does not work like a zonde at all. its a 6-cost tech, for one, although quite worth it. It has pierce, and for range, it simply says A, meaning that It can attack you from any square

Grants is an extremely rare SS rank card. I think I've only ever obtained one from a card pack outside the Card Festival. However, I have seen Grants turn up in recent card auctions.

As for your question, you are at the correct level to receive it if you are playing online, but it will still take a while to get one.

Acutally, Grants is an S ranked card, not SS. Still extremely rare though (I've only been able to obtain one, and that was from an auction http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif).
