Do you mean a place to put a website, or are you mistaking domain for an isp?

I think he means like Homestead, since he isn't a subscriber to comcast @Home service, he can't use the webspace they offered.

Well, if your new isp doesn't give you webspace, I personally like www.tripod.lycos.co.uk. No ads, and they allow outside linking.
