Does anybody know a place where I can find all of the items that are offline, without the online only ones?

Of course, he/she never told us what version of the game he/she plays.

Remove Towers since you don't have Plus. Additional quest rewards include Soul Eater, Akiko's Wok, Supressed Handgun, God Hand, and Technical Crozier.

Yes, all the enemy drops are the same for both online and offline.

One thing I'll mention briefly- the drops for enemies that appear in both tower and another area will be the same, ie- a Skyly Mericarol (Ult) can drop a Monkey King Bar in both Central Control Area (Jungle) and Control Tower. Just a small point I thought I'd stress, apologies if you already knew.
