Did a search and didn't see a topic on this, so here goes:
I checked my credit card statement, and for some reason, they charged me twice for two Hunter's Licenses. I called them up, and they said it was an error and immediately credited me $8.95. You can call them up at 1-800-USA-SEGA
I put it here because more people checked here. Feel free to move it to the appropriate forum.
