Experiment with colors. O:

Critique, please (other than the smallnes of the head, the weirdness of the hair, and the roughness of the lines; I already know about those <_<).

Before I add anything else I must say that the shading is simply awesome http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_eek.gif

Okays~ Ignoring the head and the sketchyness of the lines, can do.

)Judging by the pose, the shoulders seem a bit on the square side, as if she were raising them. Whereas when your arms are behind your back they tend to round off a little bit more. Besides, the rounded smoothness of such a pose can add unbearable cuteness~

)A detail many neglect to add in often when the arms are in such a position, is that even when locked out, the elbow joint is still quite visible. Adding such things give artwork a much more professional feel, the details that most cannot reproduce without making it look like crap. u.u

)Now unless you are an ungodly amount of fat, even well endowed hips shouldnt be wider than your shoulders

)Small point about most jeans, the belt goes inside the loops, and the top of the loops are sewed into the very top or just below the edge of the pants, so the belt usually wont be bordering the skin http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif

And thats all, without me talking about preference.

ever consider drawing a male? >.>;

All of these points I am aware of during the drawing process, but they kind of just go to shit somewhere between the sketching and the finished product. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

Eh,

then the only problem I see is the lack of motivation to fix a mistake before its too late.

I strongly disagree with this. On a nice figure, the hips are often just as wide as the shoulders. It's quite a stretch to say anyone with wider hips than that has an "ungodly amount of fat."

That said, I like this. The addition of well-placed collarbones and, of course, a slightly larger head would have made it much better.
