1. What country do you live in? That has some bearing on what sites are recommended.

2. Are there any restrictions on what forms of payment can be used?

3. Do you want to buy PSO Episode 1&2 or PSO Plus? PSO Plus has a few additions to it that aren't available on Episode 1&2 and is probably easier to find right now.
