I read somewhere (don't ask me where though - I can't find it!!!) that there is a rare mechgun that has an extended range.

It is one of the few weapons (providing it exists!) on the wishlist for my RAmarl.

Can someone please identify the name of this gun / what section ID can get it / where? (On GameCube BTW)

I *think* the Guld Milla has extended range (handgun range?)

Yasminkov 9000m has Rifle range.

Guld Milla has bazooka range, which is just a little bit shorter than handgun range.

Someday I really need to get a Yas 9000....

I'm Purplenum, but still haven't found one in the Gamecube one, although I've been having good luck with finding items lately.

Since Blue Burst's launch, now, I doubt I'll find a Yas 9000 any time soon. =P

They didn't claim Heaven's Punisher ITSELF was a mechgun. They said there is a Heaven's Punisher-like mechgun.

Meaning, there's a mechgun that behaves like a Heaven's Punisher... but that's in Blue Burst.

There is a weapon that you can combine with the Heaven Punisher named the Ophelia 16 that will turn it into a Mechgun. That weapon only exists in Blue Burst.

To be picky, I think it's Ophelie 16, the weapon name is on French (16 = seize).

And the name of that mechgun is Mirumaruto, at least in Japanese.

Are there any other weapons with the whole extended range thing???

And what's the range of the oh-so-infamous Spread Needle? Is it on Shot or Rifle range?

I remember reading about a new slicer on Blue Burst that has rifle range. I'm not exactly sure what the name for it is.

On V2: Shot Range
Every game since V2: About 1/2 the range of a shot

*Whoa* That's short! - then again, you pay for having a fire speed of rifle with shot spread...

Looks like i'll stick with the Red Scorpio backed up with a decent arms-type (yup - STILL haven't got a rare shot weapon)

If your ATP is fairly high, most people would consider the Needle to be the superior "group control" weapon over the shot. Nevertheless, both are excellent weapons.
