PSOBB: Snapshots?

Could someone tell me in-depth what to do for BB Snaps? Like, where they go, how to upload, etc. etc.

Ive just took a snap, on my machine, they were in
C:Program FilesSEGAPHANTASY STAR ONLINE Blue Burstbmp

Bmp as in Bitmaps, since that's what BB uses. To Upload, I use photobucket, but if you use the raw photos, it can take a while, so I'd suggest bringing them into Photoshop, saving as a Jpeg, with average quality, that may cut the file size down, since they're initially around 2MB each...
