NEED HELP WITH BB

when the starting screen comes up, i go to log in with user name and password. when i try to type my user name in it wont work. trying to type my password doesnt work either. can anyone help me?

Did you try hitting the ENTER key first?

Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options.

Go to the Languages Tab and uncheck all boxes.

That's what did it for me. And I did it after reading another topic. Please try searching the forums before posting a question.
