I'm not exactly sure if this is against any rules, but if it is, feel free to flame me and mods please delete the post, but here it goes.
I was having quite a few problems with downloading PSOBB from the site, most likely because I am on dial-up. It would often just disconnect in the middle of the download, or not connect at all. On top of that, it was a slow download (slow for 56k I should say). So I looked around and couldn't find any good download links. I'm probably just a bad Googler. So I figured, why not just put it on my site?
Long story short, the download is here: Sp1d3r.com PSO Download (http://www.sp1d3r.com/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=12). This is for anybody who has had problems downloading at a slow speed (the server only downloaded at around 90kb/s, so I'm assuming it's slow for everybody) or dial-up users who are having problems connecting. I'd reccomend getting a download manager like GetRight just to make sure your progress is saved in case your internet goes down.

My download went from 28, to 24, to something in the 30s, and then my computer restarted. Cause it does that.

I just wanted to give a quick update. My download link started to be leached from other sites, so I had to make the download only work for registered users only. Fileplanet is pretty fast if you'r prepared to wait up to 30 minutes in the queue. I just played WoW while I waited, personally.

my download rate that it is showing is 4.25kb/s

Is this good or bad?

I am on dial up obviously!

4.25 kb/s is a reasonable download rate for a dialup connection. There isn't much you can do to speed that up.....
