PSOBB : Mag and DEX effect

I just noticed that on PSOBB, the DEX stats on a mag bump on every odd number instead of even that's on the GC. Can anyone verify if the japanese release is also like this?

It may be because the character with the Mag has a fraction of an ATA due to leveling or a Hero/Ability.

Try with a new level 1 character.
