do they drop on all difficulties?
if so, at what drop rate?

they only drop on DC in forest and i have in about 600 hrs not found a single one...
on gc they are online only.

and i mean from the seasonal rappies.

Same thing. Online only, look for them at the appropriate season (Halloween, or Christmas. There is Easter, but they give you weapons) in Ep2 Temple.

seasonal rappies drop on any dificulty, with a 1/2 rate
