need help trying to play BB

whenever i try to start game or download the patch, a screen comes up with a 903 error. its been like this since the 11th.. and i see that everyone here is playing BB.. so im wondering if ive missed anything..

Have you tried the countless BB Beta threads? Or maybe thought to look in the BB SUPPORT Thread? I KNOW this has been answered in there several times.

all i see in the support thread is 'omg i got 903 error.."

and everyone saying the matenience was occuring, but i know these posts were from the initial matenience on the 11th.

i still need help
