PSOBB: Rare mag availability

I know this is a stupid question, but I have to ask since I really dont know. Were the rare mags (Rati, Sato, etc.) uploaded onto the US Beta?

The reason I ask is because I know there are a few things that havent been uploaded (like EP2 or Hard mode >_>) and seeing how my mag is currently at lvl 64 (yeah, I raised it a little here and there http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif ), I wanted to make sure that I'm not shooting myself in the foot when it doesnt evolve at lvl 100.

All ep1 and ep2 items could theoretically be available. Several people have rare mags already, though, so I know for a fact those mags are there.
