Well yesterday was my birthday and i got this Game from my Aunt and i have just a few questions:
1.Can i now fight all online monsters offline-example(Merikus,ill gill).
2.If so, can i get the items the online monsters drop.
3.How do i make to have the Tower (west,east) appear on the HG.
4.Can i get any type of ring and how.
5.Can i get S-Ranks offline?

1. I think you have to beat all Ep1 quests and the towers will appear on Ep2.
2. Getting lucky.
3. Repeat 1.
4. I think some rings drop with the east and west towers.

3. Get to Seabeds and beat Seat of the Heart.
4. I'm not sure what you are asking, so I will tell you where to find each of the rings:
Blue/Green - Episode 2 offline cmode prizes
Black - Maximum Attack Prize
Purple - Towards the Future Prize
White - Labrynth Trial Prize
Yellow - Episode 2 online cmode prize
Red - Currently not legitimately available. You'll have to talk to your local duper to get it.

5. No. Here is a list of the offline prizes:

The only difference is that in ep2 cmode, you receive Blue/Green Rings instead of the God Shields.

I do not know what the specific unlocking requirements are for it. I know when I booted up Plus for the first time, it was available because I had beat all the other quests on Episode 1.

To be anal:
Ragol Ring is obtainable through the Sue subplot of Seat of the Heart.
The Gamecube version of Red Ring (PB increase) is nonexistant. However, the basic "7 colors" version is there, obtained through illegitimate ways.
