No, the structure is simple like fatwallet.com (http://www.fatwallet.com). (Fat Wallet is a site that tells you where you can get free stuff.)

Some secretaries or other members of the company structure secretly keep memos and sell/foward them to this website. If you notice, there are also some people that are betting on which company will go bankrupt in the deadpool section. Internal Memos gives you all the juicy details including some memos about "Greg had to pay someone to fuck him, using the company funds, that's someone's fucking salary!!!" and so forth. Fucked company is a very interesting website as the creator claims he does not profit from it at all.
