Ok I was just wondering if someone could help me out with this, my parents computer is having a problem with microsoft outlook in which they can recieve emails but not send them, the computer recently had viruses but were taken care of and the rest of the computer is working fine to my knowledge except for this problem, the only thing I can think of off the top of my head that the problem is is that the virus deleted some of the files in outlook required to send emails so I'm Thinking that reinstalling outlook will fix the problem. so does anyone have any advice that could help me fix this?
