The thing looks green to me, not blue. Note that St. Emillion is a red wine, while Condrieu and Chambertain are white wines. Santemillion is red, the other two green.

Ehh.. No EJ, this isn't a rare version, it's not Kondoryuu, although they do look alike (quite a lot if you ask me -_-).
It's just a new boss, like a second Santemillion, except that you encounter it in the quest instead of in Desert 3. It may have a rare version too.
In fact, for all I know this could have been the rare version of the second boss, I haven't heard about other people trying the quest.

I seen the rare version of Santemillion and they look excatly the same unless there is something different about it. But they are the same thing except it not a rare boss but a regular boss in this quest.

Although it's all disappointing that they all share the same shape, they do all look different atleast (Face wise). They're actually pretty cool.
