I'm just curious.

Mine is an 80% dark demon's laser.

Tekked, 100% Machine Laser with lame-o special. I believe I kept it for novelty, but I can't find it :/

But seriously, I've seen plenty of 100% weapons on the ground, usually with bad specials. Rather, 90% tekked to 100%.

90 Abeast Cross Scar. Could have been tekked to 100, but I wasn't even looking at that. I was more excited that I'd found a Cross Scar with hit on it. After I tekked it badly, I looked at the other stats and kicked myself.

90 Hit Guld. I had found the Milla two months before this dropped, so I was able to use it. This is probably what I am best known for in the world, which is kind of sad.

100 Machine Diska of Somethingorother. I was doing short runs of EN3 with Zophar in I think very hard when the Garanz in the first room dropped this. He let me pick it up because he already knew what it was. He started, "Happy now?" I took a look at the stats, saw 90 Machine on it untekked, and replied, "Hell yeah!" I let him keep it, but took a picture of the tek at 100.

60 Hit Frozen Shooter. I turned this into the Snow Queen I use. Rarely misses, but it still does enough that it pisses me off. I understand somebody on this site has a 65 hit Snow Queen, so I'm bested once again.

75 Hit Mind Vulcan.

50 Hit Spread Needle. This owns Heat Sword, paralyzes everything with one or two shots, allowing the rest of the team to get the kills.

40% hit God Hand. It also has 45% Machine, which is nice.

80% Machine Blue DB Sword. Got it during Ult Doc Secret Plan. I was tempted to throw it away, but hey, it's for my collection.

25% hit Mind Raygun with 75% on Native. It stands in the bank for some future Force character.

On DC, I have an Imperial Pick with 3 domains at 40% or more, and a Spead Needle with 35% hit.

I got a Blizzard Club with 90 A. Beast.

Mahu with 70 hit.

Tons of commons with 65%+ attributes

Red Sword 60% Dark

EDIT: Forgot my Twinkle Star: 80% dark

Highest Hit - Club of Zumeriman (however that is spelled XP) at 60 tekked :/ (Highest useful is 55 hit tekked Angry Fist)

Highest Percent, 100% tekked Machine Guilty Light (15 hit too XD)

Rarest with percent, Sealed J-Sword with 30 hit.

Jeez... I guess I'm not lucky at all. I've never found anything with 90+ %'s, but here's a few I've gotten:

Recently found a Custom Ray w/ something like 60/0/0/20/20
Red Sword with 0/0/45/40/0 (nice for first one)
Sange with 20/0/0/15/40
L&K14 Combat with 0/70/40/0/15
Geist Vulcan with 40/0/30/30/0 (needed hit though)
Some Diska with 40 or 50 hit (do I hear Rainbow Baton calling?)

That's pretty much all I can remember. I really need to find a wand of some sort with good %'s for Twinkle Star.

You shouldn't compare yourself to others in terms of finds. They are just the luck of the drop. As long as you are happy with using what you have, you are an ace in my book.

Honestly, I see everyone talk about HIT. I have never seen the damn stat, only the 4 %'s. Is it something you have to solve for yourslef or something? How do you all find this " Hit " %?

Unlike the other four damage amplifiers the Hit% only improves ATA (Accuracy). It's a hidden amplifier that only appears when a weapon is found with it. If a weapon does have a Hit%, then it will appear right under the Dark%. It's very useful primarily for special attacks.

Say you equipped a Hell Laser with 35% Hit on a RAmar. And lets say your ATA is 271. When you equip the weapon your ATA will increase which will give you a better chance for your special to hit its target. (271 ATA)+(35% ATA)=367 ATA

If you get to a higher level you will also start seeing weapons in the shop with hit%. Usually they are around 5% to 10% hit though.

For the Gamecube I remember having a Rainbow Baton with 60% hit.
And I also had a Dark Flow with 50% hit.

Ah, no wonder I have not seen it. Well, then I am sure that I have no really good hit% since I never have seen it on any weapons I use.

So cl has an impact on the highest weapon % you can find on a weapon?

Is it based upon the creator of the game or the character dealing the killing blow (or something else entirely)?

I remember reading that yellowboze has the best chance to find hit% on a weapon? Is that based upon the assumption that it's the game maker who creates it or the person dealing the killing blow?

I bet everyone wishes that were true. It doesn't actually add that percentage to your accuracy, just the number. So: 271 ATA + 35% Hit = 306 Modified ATA.

My personal favorite finding on xbox was a:
Frost club 20mines / 90hit -untekked.

I remember finding that on my Redria Humar, offline Ruins. And spent nearly 30mins by the tecker till he gave me the 100%hit on it.

I honestly had never heard another player on xbox who've legitly found a 100%hit weapon. (though I'm sure they're out there). And I just loved the idea that it COULD be found without hacking, even though it's only a club.
