Golden Items

Its just a simple question:
If i have the best photoned weapon (example: Gladius) with the best effect (example:Burning)
Will it become Red box-Golden letters?

9 star non-rare weapons have normal case yellow text, but are still in orange boxes.

To add:
All weapon types besides Sabers, Handgun, Canes, Wands, and Rods can be 9* and yellow text (these weapons in their top form have only 4*).
