Can sum 1 tell me how to get the black king bar?

Can sum 1 tell me who to get the Black King Bar? I can't seem to find it in the guides. If u do know how to find it, then can u tell me?

I'll be nice to you, and forget about links and stickies.

First, find a Monkey King Bar. Find this in the Item Database.

Get 80 PDs (I think that's right)and talk to Pagini or w/e in Gallon's Shop (ONLINE ONLY) and get the Blue Black Stone.
Grind the Monkey King bar to max and use it on the MKB.

It's more like 45-47 PD's. You can use the PD use guide to find out what else you can get.
