has anyone seen anything that can adjust it to run at full 100mb capacity? cause as of now the game starts at 100mb's then immediately drops to 10mbs and then stays there. for some reason SEGA thought it was a good idea http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif
