Rare Mag

Just a quick question. To get a rare mag such as a diwari, are the only requirements to have it so that def and pow are = to 50, and dex and mind are = to 50 and the 100th lvl is done with a certain character...or do the D,P,D,M have to be a certain lvl?

at lv100 or more a mag can turn into a rare mag
rare mags have the following stat requirements
DEF + POW = DEX + MIND
DEF + DEX = POW + MIND
DEF + MIND = POW + DEX

think of 100 as the total, then, def+pow = dex+mind
can be 50 = 50, like: 5+45 = 30+20 or 10+40 = 10+40 or 25+25 = 25+25

the same applies for the other 2 set
make sure it's the right id set & char class
