how is it done? I clicked on the Serial # and access key thing in edit account but I don't see anything saying renew HL.... how do I reactiviate the HL?

BTW I play on GC.

When you first log in on the website, click where it shows your serial number/access key, then it'll say whether your account is active or not. If it's not active, big text will say "Reactivate Account".

???? I checked there and the only text I see is cancel HL/account under the information on that page..... i'll try doing it via PC.

If your HL is still active then you won't need to renew it. If it is down, then it's probablly the server trying to auto renew it. Give it a little time http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

well I checked via my PC, and here's what I see:

Game: PSO GameCube Hunter's License
Serial number and access key:
Account Standing: Pending renewal
Next Billing Date: 28-May-2005
PSO Hunter's License Status: INACTIVE

It just says cancel HL at the bottom, no renewal option as of yet....

It's pending renewal, just wait a few hours and try again.

well the HL was done as of yesterday and today its still showing the same thing.... how long does it usually take?

I answered this on pso-p but Ill answer it again in case you didnt look. Cancel the HL and then go to the same screen where you previously only saw the Cancel option. The reactivate option will be there. It was probably a credit card error.
