mag raising question

Hiya,
I was reading the mag guides, and it has this configuration to raise the mag I want (Bana):

MIND / DEX > POW | DEF > 45

I'm not exactly sure what this means though. Does is mean that MIND or DEX can be larger than POW, or does it mean MIND divided by DEX needs to be larger than POW?
And the last part, does that mean DEF needs to be higher than 45?

I think it means you get the option of
MIND>DEX>POW
DEX>MIND>POW
or
DEX=MIND>POW
also the defence thing means that u gotta have at least 45 defence, which definately aint easy.
This is only what i think, it may not necesarily be true (btw i cnat speel nececerrie)

Mind or Dex have to be higher than Pow and def has to be greater than 45.
