EP4: Changes from N-VH to Ult

I have wondered, are there changes between enemies in Ep4 from N-VH to Ult? Like how Lillies spit megid, Monkies spit Gizonde and crappy megid, ect. or is it just the beefier stats? And are there ANY machine types in Ep4? To me, it seems like they are getting the shaft, given their rarity in Ep2, espically since there is no Ep. 2 machine type boss. (Epislon and Olga Flow's attrbuite change bit doesn't count.)

The Ultimate EP4 enemies aren't any different from the VH ones, other than that they are even stronger than before.

What do you mean a rarity in episode two? There were plenty! Spaceship, CC and Seabed all had machines. Recons, recoboxes mainly in seabed along with sinow zola and zelee.

Then there are some sinows in cc. No way are they being neglected. But I haven;t played episode four so im no room to respond to that.
