BB: Enemy parts

I know in v2 there was a quest that let you convert enemy parts and get % on them. Can I dod this in BB or not?

Even though I never took v.2 online, I seem to recall a post or two somewhere mentioning that the quest to get enemy part conversions with percentages no longer had the chance for percentages. The change took place between v.2 and v.3 (GC/Xbox).

If I recall correctly the quest was... Today's Rate?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but couldn't you obtain hit doing so on DC?
