I finally found a Rappys Wing, and I went to do the Dr. Osto's Research quest to get it converted to a weapon. I talked to that Dr. Montague guy, but he kept saying something about doing matienance on Elenor. Help please. >_<

You need to beat doc secret plan then go back to unsealed door and talk to him there on pioneer 2. Just finish all the quests and go back into unsealed door and talk to monty. He should be by the principals teleport.

Also I think he does the conversions in whatever quests he is in where he stands there but don't count on that.

Yeah thats all I had to do. And on the Unsealed Door, got it converted. Now to hunt down all the other animal parts. ^_~
