From a post I read earlier, it has a chance to evolve at 100 and every multiple of five after that (105, 110, 115, 120, 125, etc).

So...you have to add 1 def and 1 mind before it turns 140.

What stats do you currently have? Just DEF and MND?

no i have a little of everything, power is highest then def then mind then dex

If you give exact stats, I could remedy your Rati a little better. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif I don't want to give you generic advice that doesn't apply and screw it up.

edit: Also, what mag is it currently (type)?

You will only be able to evolve your mag into a 4th level one on levels that are divisible by 10 (140, 130, 120, etc...) It can't evolve at level 138.

From the looks of your stats, it would be easiest to add one more MIND and one more POW.

And at 139, make sure:

Method 2. The MIND/DEX Method
The stat requirement for this method is DEF + MIND = DEX + POW and can only be achieved by Greennill, Oran, & Purplenum. This is a "B Type" Rati.

Greenill, Oran, or Purplenum Male Hunter.

Good luck raising a Rati... Slow growing. :|

edit:
Dimates until power increases by 1
Difluids until mind increases by 1

When you are in game, just press the Start button to bring up the main item menu. You'll be able to see what your Section ID is on the first screen.
