Been a long time...

So, way back when, Navinator asked people to do pictures of her two characters, Vivere and Misere. I told her I would get started on a picture, but I just couldn't get it right. I think the entire thing was too high-concept for me, but I struggled through it, and I think I finally got it.

My goal was to combine a picture starring Vivere and a picture starring Misere into one, like many artists much more talented than I am have done.

It's still very rough and confusing at points, but I'm afraid this is the best I can do. Any more tightening up of the lines and one image becomes too obvious over the other.

Anywho, here ya go, Navinator. Sorry it took me like... four to six months.

Better late than never, is what I always say.

This. This is different. Like everything else you do. The concept is something I'd never think of. Completely merging the two characters in half and half way... Love the night sky where you can faintly see building lights. Love the birds that's clinging on the sleeves.

Though, on the small view it almost look like there is some Harry Potter involved. It prolly is the scarf and the hair colour.
