Technique information?

Well, news has been thrown left and right about the upcoming GCN PSO, but I haven't heard much about techniques.

Is there going to be any change? Any information would be appreciated. ^_^

Only forces can use Grants, Megid, and Reverser now.

And I've heard different things about Shifta/Deband/Jellen/Zalure. Some people say any non-android class can use them, some say only forces can use them, I don't know what's true though.
