I recently discovered a tool called "Pitch Bend" on my sound editing software. This lets you change a sound file's pitch variably, which can produce things funnier than simply taking a favorite song and slapping it into Microsoft Sound Recording and hitting "Increase Speed" or "Decrease Speed".
