i just created a new force character and the first rappy i saw was a pal rappy
i defeated it and it dropped mind material but i havent seen one since

most believe it's 1/512 chance for rare mosters to appear
the chance to drop a rare item is a different set of rate

The FIRST rappy you saw was a Pal one?!

I thought Pal Rappy's were Ultimate only...

It's possible he meant Al Rappy...at least I hope that's what happened. I thought Pal Rappy's were also Ultimate only.

They ARE Ultimate enemys only. A smiple typo probably. Anyway. That was just good luck on his part.
