does anyone know how to put retro games on that ar max cd?

If you're talking about playing Genesis games on it with the built in emulator or playing DivX movies with it, you'll have to use the other CD that comes with AR MAX.

It builds content discs, out of the ROMs and movie files you have, using your PC and CD burner.

If you don't have a PC with a CD burner or Genesis ROMs, you're out of luck.
