Xbox offline challenge mode??

Where is it?? I'm confused. According to this page http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=331 there's an offline xbox challenge mode but I can't find it. I feel really stupid, am I missing something obvious or is the guide wrong?

You must enter Multiplayer Mode, and from the screen with the 3 menues (Epsiode, Difficulty, Mode I think they are), change the Mode one to Challenge.
