Well, anyway. For Meteor Rouge and Kusanagi, you listed Demon's cannot be reduced. But it can be reduced. Maybe not for Kusanagi (a saber type), but on Meteor Rouge, unless it is unreduced the special will miss a lot.

Made the changes in the thread that were necessary, when we get officials for *any* of these that aren't known already, let me know, and the DB will be updated. I'll get the armor and shields up within the next couple days, and then it'll just be maintenance and adding descriptions after that.

Everything added, names for Armor/Shields as per Kef's post. At this point, we just need official names and descriptions for pretty much everything. I'm going to quickly throw out all the names, Tycho or Kef or someone, post with which ones are already officially released, and I'll edit it out of my list, keep that one "master". I understand that 80% of these are "easy translations" and are very likely correct, but until someone can say "That's deifnitely right and official", things like Murasame, Akiko's Kitchen Knife, and the like stay on the list. I'm still smarting over "Chain Sawd" or "Chain Sword" if you go by V3... Well, a few confirmed now, or at least, confirmed through Deissa. I'm 99.9% sure that those are the officials, but Sega had been known to change things between localizations.

Lieutenant Mantle (Ult Sand Rappy drop) is what Kef listed as Infantry Mantle.
The actual Infantry Mantle (N/H box drop) is what Kef listed as Infantry Spacesuit.

The site does not have much info about the new items. It has stats for Decalog, but does not even know the weapon types of the new weapons. All it says are that these weapons have 12 stars (what the hell, they seem like toy weapons?), and tells the descriptions in Japanese and Chinese.
Maybe C-mode rares? But the butterfly net was going to be a prize for the JP BB official TA c-mode. Hmm...

Fixed. Now I need to get off my butt and add the variant ATP values and the merge items (Mag cells, Dragon Scale, etc). I am NOT however looking forward to checking over the entire DB and updating EX and cross-linking (merge items mostly)

What do people think about adding in the new monsters? Still no word on the DB being Ep 4 updated (Being able to place the monsters in Desert/Crater/etc) but I'll throw them all in as Forest Monsters, with the drops having the correct Zone listing them under Drop Rates till we can do it better. Or would this be a little too wacky, and should just be waited on?

No good, there isn't a comments section for the enemy itself, so as far as the average newbie would be concerned, these would all be valid Forest enemies, with no way to tell them apart.

One thing I'm wondering, since the l33t h4xx0r Broom didn't do anything of the sort, is this all the items currently in-game? I dunno about anyone else, but when I figured out how to card mod on Ep 3, I went through and tried every single thing in the game. Either Broom just wants to show off items you *could* get, and can't, or the items we currently know about are IT, which disappoints me. Especially since things like Nice Shot were datamined from the Beta client.

I noticed something I assume was a slip in the item database.

For tempest cloak, it claims it's usable only by forces in it's description. Then in the 'usable by these classes' area, it has all 3 classes listed--HU, RA, and FO. In the 'usable by the following classes' area it shows HU, RA , and the 3 FOs with enough atp to use it.
But rangers cannot equip it; I just checked with all 4. Can't have that misinformation.. >.>

It's description is wrong, it should read--
'Legendary cane of Zumiuran, when equipped, boosts Zonde. Its special attack adds lightning damage'.
And its special is not dark, but tempest. Also, its required mst is not 490, but 450.

It's fine except for the fact it doesn't mention its special attack pierces. People who don't already know what it does won't see the full effect of the gun if it isn't stated. They may even wonder why change a FS to SQ if it doesn't combo and seems to have no better qualities (except a stat difference).
Just seems too important to leave out to me, but I guess it's up to you guys to decide that.

Also coming from that, there is no mention of the Yasminkov series special abilities either. Doesn't say how Yas9k has rifle range (even though it's a mechgun), or how Yas7k only has shot range with an auto lock-on radius of almost 180 degrees in front of your character (even though it's a rifle). I don't think Yas3k has any special abilities (none that I could tell), and I don't have a Yas2k to test, so I don't know for sure about it.
Again, it's up to you to decide if it's worth putting in, but it seems to be information those who may not know, should. *wonders how many people hunted Yas9k just because of its range* And what better place to put it then with the item itself?

One last thing, I noticed there were no whitill card pics in its description. While not totally needed, I have 2 that you might want to use anyway, just for the sake of having something.

But I didn't want to just edit my last post, because what I'm about to say doesn't really have anything to do with it. I'm here to ask about a few items again. (oh noes!) >_>

First, I'd like to ask if there's going to be an add-on for the Black Ring for GC & Xbox(I think xbox can get it? I'm not entirely sure). You know, the one you get for gathering all the MA hearts. There is a Black Ring description, but it's only the one for DC/PC versions.
Here's its info:
"An inscription reads, 'A pair of soldiers who hold this holy ring shall be blessed with great strength.'"
Lv81 required, all resistances +5, 35def/130evp, 9*s
Equipable by all classes. Each player who wears it gains 50atp while in range of one another.
I did get a pic of it, but I'm going to wait and put it in Ryna's sticky requesting pics.

Next is a small error. For Rabarta Merge, it shows droids cannot equip it, when, in fact, they can. (Yes, I know, who would use a rabarta merge on a cast anyway?) But it should still show they can, regardless.

Another..Deband merge has no description. So I shall provide:

Lv14 required, 15EDK/10ELT, 2def/25evp, 8*s
Equipable by all classes.

I have a remark about the BB entries. the drop rates, more specifically.

Let's take Yunchang, for instance.

Viridia: Hard Crater Ze Boota 1/128-2000
Bluefull: Hard Crater Ze Boota 1/128-2000
Pinkal: Hard Crater Ze Boota 1/128-2000
Yellowboze: Hard Crater Ze Boota 1/128-2000

1/128-2000 does not include drop-anything rates (DAR).

Hard Ze Boota's DAR is estimated at 15%, knowing that, the drop rate is 1/854-13334.

I also want to add it's safe to assume that from all drop rates variance shown in the charts on Tycho's site, the worst one is the correct one.

The rarity of Yunchang must be or really close to 1/13334.

The reason I'm pointing this out is simple, I do not want people to believe Yunchang is a 1/2000 drop at worst. Knowing the impact PSOW has on the community, the less errors we make, the better.

Just noticed something with the Dragon/HP entry. It says that it gives 30 HP when it should be 40. My guess is that it gives 30 in Dreamcast (not sure, never played it), but hasn't been updated to say 40 for GC/XB/BB.

It's annoying the same comparison window is used for all kinds of items (resistances/dfp/ap/mv for weapons? grind/ap/mv for armors?), although it would probably be hard to split it up. But giving Needles their own class and splitting up the units while not bothering to classify them consistently wasn't such a great idea either...

I take it you can manage to get pictures for the items that do not have any yet, if not, just ask. A lot of weapons do not mention ranges and the such yet; none of them seems to have any info about reduction. I'm not going to list all of that though, I already uploaded it once. Sting Tip isn't a Cane, nor is Evil Curst. The game still doesn't use the name 'Twin Saber' (although 'Twin' and 'Double Saber' are used). After reading Rocket Punch's db entry, I'd think it would shoot three 'bullets' per attack like any other mechgun; which isn't true. Hunter Wall's page view count is broken on the weapon database page, like Ragol it says '15 ATP' (I thought it was 20?). Its level says '041', should be '41'.
Tycho: Bunny Ears and Cat Ears are both Shields, have 9 stars, can only be used by (all) female character classes, have 2 DFP, 25 EVP, and 1 of all resistances. I've posted their item descriptions before in [this topic]. They are both prizes in the Black Paper quest; Rappy route in Normal/Hard I believe, forgot which is which. Either way, going by what spc.sakura.ne.jp says, Bunny Ears' level requirement is 100, Cat Ears' is 150.

Android Bonuses:
- HP regeneration (while standing still)
- Trap vision
- Immunity to poison and paralysis
- Blizzard/Arrest/Chaos/King series +30% (only in Ultimate)
- Devil's and Demon's reduce enemy HP by only 25% and 45% respectively, instead of by 50% and 75% respectively (only in Ultimate)
