Quest Confusion

I appologize if this has been answered already somewhere, but I'm new to these boards and I've done extensive searching but was still unable to find any clues.

Is there any way to repeat offline/single-player quests in PSOBB? I've completed every quest in Hard mode but whenever I try to repeat a quest, it won't let me. (They are in grey letters with the yellow icon).

There are a lot of guides out there that say you have to repeat quests (Joining WEAPON, etc) but this seems impossible in PSOBB.

If this is so, it'd be a dissapointment. PSOBB is really lacking on quests to begin with...and this is just insult added to injury!

Complete all the single player quests and it'll let you redo them as much as you want. Wee.

It sounds like you haven't beat all the quests for Hard Mode yet. You will have to unlock them by getting through 4-1 on Hard Mode.

EDIT- Bloink, misread stuff. Anyway, do they remain unlocked on all difficulties, or are they separate likes previous versions?
