Hi, I wonder if anyone here can help me.
I have tried to talk to the manufacturers of my router (at www.paradigm.com.tw) and I have not had much luck yet. I did get response, but I will await further instructions from them. In the meantime, I wonder if anybody would be able to help here.
My router (PTI-840) is now not working, and I don't know why. I cannot access the internet with it (am using USB at the mo) and when I try to reconfigure it, as shown in it's manual, there is no difference. The status is permanently disconnected.
