Just mentioned it because of the name and made guesses about what it did, on the internet (Googled kana name) there is no info about what it does. Maybe because it isn't obtainable yet whatsoever. <_<

Hmm. Now that I checked the page, I see they typoed "Transvestite" to "Tansvestite".
Anyway... All we know about it is the name, stats, number of stars, and what character classes can use it.
This item isn't obtainable because it isn't in the dropcharts and there is no known alternate way to obtain it. We know of its existance because of official guide books, that knew of other rares like "Sacred Duster" before they were announced (obtainable through JP PSO BB anniversary).
At this point it's still unknown when rares like Transvestite Plate, Wedding Dress, and Kroe's Sweater will become obtainable in BB JP.
