Can't access From the Depths ??

Prerequisites: Clear Doc's Secret Plan

Which I've done and I can't get in. What information is missing? I can't see any other requirements anywhere? I've also cleared all of Tier 1 and accessed Ruins.

Are there any other quests open? if so just do those.

Nope, I haven't done Unsealed Door yet. That's probably the fault. Maybe someone should update the Quest Prerequisites for From the Depths then?

Xbox and GC quests don't like eachother >_> they have their differences. Like in the Soul Eater sub-quest as well.

Strange how they can make mistakes or why they would make changes like this. Surely it wouldn just be a straight port.
