Mag: The Nidra Crossroads

I'm raising a Nidra for myself on Blue Burst at the moment. Right now, it's a Naga at 5/45/45/0. My character's a Skyly FOmar. For my character to evolve it to a Nidra, it needs to be 5/45/50/0, but upping the DEX at this point looks a bit tricky. Does anyone have any suggestions for the best way to up the DEX without increasing any of the other stats? Or should I just find a different ID FOmar to evolve it at L99, so I can continue feeding it Dimate without worries? If I give it to another character to evolve it, would it become a different type of rare Mag, or would it be a bog-standard Mag? Finally, if it doesn't become a rare Mag at L100, does it still have a chance to become a rare Mag after that?

If you switch between Antidotes and Antiparalysis, you should have no problems raising Dex only. As long as DEF + POW = DEX + MIND it will indeed evolve into a Nidra so you don't need to worry about giving it to another char. Although it won't apply to you in this case, it is possible to evolve a mag over level 100 into a 4th evo. mag as long at the stats, ID and gender meet the requirements of the mag you want.

For instance, if your mag was say level 109 with 5 Def, 50 Pow, 54 Dex and 0 Mind and you let your Skyly Fomar raise Dex to 55, it would evolve into a Nidra. If you let a Skyly, Pinkal or yellowboze Hu male feed it until Dex was 55 you would end up with a Rati and so on. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Alternate between antidote and antipara for best result.

Cheers, dudes. I was going to go for a Rati, but I decided against it because a black winged Rati doesn't look so hot. Plus, I had a Nidra on the GameCube, and I want another on here.
