Try Redria Dolmolms in Ult seabeds.

At 1/1051 you may have to do a few runs, but you'll find it eventually.

If you have plus, you can run the first room of West Tower over and over.

If not, run the upper seabeds - tycho estimates an average of 36 runs to get it.

You can handle 36 runs in seabeds, right?

took me about 17 runs. Not too bad, plus I gained many levels. Keep hunting, it'll drop.
