Trust me, if you get an uber rare like that, you remember every detail about how you got it.

Anyway, to answer your question, on average, if you are offline, you can expect to spend 12,603 runs to get it to drop.

Not going anywhere for a while....

Now, if you have access to online and you can run Phantasmal World #1 and you can survive and your teammates let you call it, you can cut that down to only a little over 1,000 runs on average.

Now doesn't that just make your day.
