Well I guess I'm lucky the Del Rappy I found didn't drop a rare cause I would of dc'd then. Still kinda mad that I found it on very hard and only got a dimate from it.

This really isn't a "Small Bug". You cannot pick up Episode 4 rare items. THat's pretty fucking sad.

I'm not playing Episode 4 until this is fixed, for fear that I may miss out on a Rappy's Beak ;

I've only really played on Normal. I have visions of encountering a Pazuzu on VH, and it dropping Ophelie Seize, only for me not to be able to pick it up..

As for the rappy beak, meh, i'm not fussed about that, but I hope they fix this soon.

That rare drop bug sucks bigtime. Ya, they can fix it, but don't you think they would have figured that one out already - so the delay on releasing ep 4 was......and they still didn't fix it.

On the other hand, some of those enemies on Ep 4 are pretty tough like the delbiter type creature and the flying parrot. I'm trying to imagine what fighting those things on ultimate is going to be like.

What's the Lvl req for Ultimate in Ep4? They only list up to Vhard on the site.

I was kinda ticked about that cause I had to find it out the hard way. I was about to pick up my first actually rare, and not a photon drop. So I was like awesome! I ran for it, saw it was a 10 star armor, something Infantry. I go to pick it up, and bam, it says something about my connection and I thought it was my computer. I was about to go crazy, but yeah. Sucks big time.

Yeah this is really upsetting. I was about to start playing 9-4 when I read the post on psobb.com where they were unable to pick up the Heavenly/Arm and I decided that if that happened to me I would never play the game again so I decided to go back to episodes 1 and 2 until they fix this.

Well I've done normal mode, surprised at how much damage my 73 FOnewarl took through out it. But not only am I disappointed in this rare boot, but the fact that that the creter level isn't compleat either. Sonic team rushed and rushed and ruched and this was all we got? An Alpha test run of ep 4?

In regards to the photon crystal i've actually seen someone pick it up and show it in the trade window, but when we found a star curiass (can't remember the spelling) we got the dc too.

They actually delayed the release of Episode 4, and when they did that, aome people were complaining.
Now that they released it upon the wishes of users, people are complaining.

It's come to everyone's attention of the rare weapon/item glitch in Episode 4. Apparently, users disconnect when coming across a rare item/weapon exclusive to EpisodeIV. Please be assured that SEGA IS in fact working on this problem ASAP and it is a PRIORITY fix. Thanks to everyone who took the PROPER action and sent in a Support Form.
Please stay tuned to the Announcements thread for any official word on a fix.

Of course theres one problem with the fix to the rare bug. The rares ain't dropping http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif couldn't stop finding them when they were banned now they're dried up.
