Magnitude of Metal

Ok so I made a new character cause I so bored a few days ago. The character is a Pinkal RAmar, the character that I use most is a Skyly HUmar lvl 53.
So I went to that quest after doing Battle Training, then when I found Elenor she was level 55!! Is this normal!??! What happened??

Hmm, tahts interesting, when Doing Magnitude on Normal, she is usualy only about lv 12, this is interesting....
